LatajmyBezpiecznie.pl is Polish anonymous reporting system to collect safety related information from both aviation professionals and the General Aviation community. It is based on the same principle as CHIRP of UK. The idea is to make reporting simple, quick, useful for everybody as well as safe from being used against the reporter by any party.
Our aim is to improve the safety of the aviation system by collecting data on unsafe practices, lack of- or incomplete procedures, non-standard designation or misleading information. We investigate these problems, analyse and next forward to the CAA President. Also feedback is published on our web site as well as in some aviation magazines.
Events that have to be reported by law (crashes, serious incidents) shall be reported to the Investigation Board or CAA or using normal company reporting procedures in a normal ASR format. The system LatajmyBezpiecznie.org will not address any problems related to industrial disputes or working conditions.
The easiest way to contact our team is to fill a report is to call +48 608 003 343.
